Singing with my Daughters

I’m taking a break from wrapping Christmas gifts to share some musical updates with you!

This month I had the opportunity to sing with my two daughters at their school.  Friday, December 1st we led our school congregation in the traditional Christmas Carols “O Come O Come Emmanuel” and “Go Tell it on The Mountain” with two of their classmates.  It was my first time performing with my daughters onstage and they both did very well!

The following Friday, December 8th we shared our love of Christmas music with our school community again.  New friends joined us this time and we sang “O Little Town of Bethlehem” and “It Came Upon a Midnight Clear.”  Both of these songs were challenging due to their wide vocal range and again, both girls did well and rose to the occasion, including performing lovely solos.

I hope that you are enjoying the holidays.  I wish you the best in 2018!
